How to Find Them
"We are often asked by those such as yourselves the path to meeting and identifying spiritual guides.
Each of you have a purpose in your current lives that beckons the heart but appears to be undefinable. In some cases
your guides in spirit attempt contact but cannot speak clearly through the multiple chatters in your linear thought processes.
The names are not necessary but the contact of energy often aligns the soul so that one is able to continue more in tune with
the inner purpose.
Some of you feel their presence, others become frustrated because they do not. All incarnate souls are accompanied by
energies that are not physical. They offer clarity compassion and focus if one is able to connect with them. Some
are aligned at birth while others come and go as the need for their expertise ebbs & flows.
Never will they abandon the soul they have chosen to guide. If there is a feeling of less it is usually because the
soul in question is out of sync.
The best way to align can be defined in there linear steps.
1. Realization that the connection is faulty due to the chatter in you own thought process.
2. A quieting of thoughts is completely necessary. Stop all the chatter by calming your linear.
3. To calm the linear, spend quiet moments with yourself. Be kind to yourself while asking for guidance.
Give permission to the self to be nurturing to the self.
Your guides will never and have never abandoned you. Their love is eternal as is their interest in your evolvement.
Open your silent mind to them. Realize that they have been patiently waiting for any kind of opening.
Shhh! Quietly.
Often they whisper."

the great masters tell us that the spirit of god is within us. this spirit is god indwelling within us. my question is why
do we not listen to this spirit within us and practice love and intelligence rather than what we often practice which is hate
and ignorance?

There are many reasons for not listening. Most involve dramas created by those who do not have the inner wisdom at their
disposal. They are dominated by the lure of it.

Dear Veronica,
My husband Dennis Collins was in an accident at work in September of 1999 and has suffered
injuries in his back where he has severe muscle spasms. He was a carpenter by trade but has not been able to go back
to work since the accident. Can he heal his physical body through meditation and if so what would you suggest?

Yes he can.
It would require clear focus and a fluid thought process.
